How to send an email to meetup.com mailing list

It's recommended to send the emails to meetup.com mailing list via meetup.com user interface. Sending from a mail client / web mail causes the links to appear in a bad format to the group members.

NOTE: You need to be an organizer or co-organizer to be able to perform the following steps.

• Go to https://www.meetup.com/PythonPune
• ‘Manage group’ > ‘Contact members’.
• Select the following,
  • Send this message to: All members subscribed to organizer messages
  • Replies go to: <your name>
• Fill in the subject from the template.
• Fill in the message from the template. (Do NOT use ‘Edit HTML Source’).
• Select any links and click on ‘Insert/edit link’.
• ‘Preview’ the message and then ‘Submit’ it.
