Forkable Rai - v2.0.0b5

A version of Rai that should be mostly forkable. Empty jsons as well as the .env file for the API key will self generate, and most main setup commands have hardcoded IDs either coded out of them or in try..except loops until the user that forked Rai edits those IDs. It should at least boot up though.

Rai with d.py at v1.7.3

Version of Rai before upgrading d.py from v1.7.3 to v2.0.0 alpha at Pycord. This build is old and will not be used again.
