Context: I did a fresh install of R2E on two separate systems (Arch Linux and MacOS). In both cases, I had to manually create the following directories in order to make the installation instructions work:
~/buckets/r2e_bucket~/buckets/r2e_bucket/extracted_data~/buckets/r2e_bucket/testgen~/buckets/r2e_bucket/repo_graphsThis PR automates this process
