This will still error, but should less so

The crash is due to hashicorp/terraform-provider-aws#17626 going to try and fix manually

Error: error updating CloudFront Distribution: InvalidArgument: The parameter ForwardedValues cannot be used when a cache policy is associated to the cache behavior.


          More cleanly handle the wildcard
