Issue #9 , shows all lines of source code in text segment
In the text segment, displays all the source lines, event those without machine code. On these line, the cells Code and Basic are empty, only the cell Source is displayed and contains the original source code. The Breakpoint cell , if checked, puts a bkpt at the next instruction (machine code line).
