This commit disables CI daily execution to reduce resource consumption. The workflow is executed on every push on main branch and con tag creation. Signed-off-by: Gloria Ciavarrini <[email protected]>

This PR fix py devel tasks failure by setting molecule version to tag
v4.0.4and disables scheduled daily execution of CI tasks.
