This reverts commit 7072d87.
Add types for differentiating between return and non-return injections, making the logic clearer. Previously included a bunch of nested option types and was pretty unreadable.

A refactor of the Fulminate codebase, including a new
fulminatesubdirectory in the CN library with all the relevant files and general cleanup.
