Description
This PR adds the
ignorefor the Pokt Solana test, according to the #465 to run per-provider tests they should beignoredby default to not run when the provider's code was not changed.This change fixing to not run this test when no provider code was changed.
This test was missed when the initial #465 was created.

Not tested.
