This PR rewrites the chapters to cleanup the mess.

This chapter needs a lot of improvements, like adding all the options and their descriptions (possibly with examples).

Also src/SUMMARY.md was not used.

Are those sh->bash changes necessary? There is nothing BASH-specific in those incantations, it would work just as well in ZSH or KSH

is just the color schema not being rendered.
