kernel: 5.15: bump to 5.15.26

Bump the 5.15 kernel to 5.15.26 point release in order to mitigate CVE-2022-0847. It also allows droping the NANDC clock sequincening as it was backported to 5.15.25 upstream. Signed-off-by: Robert Marko <[email protected]>
