Simple syntax highlighter and build system for specapi files in Sublime Text 2, to install put the file SpecAPI.tmLanguage into your packages under a new folder, ie:- Packages/SpecAPI/SpecAPI.tmLanguage and restart Sublime.
You should then have language support for *.specapi files.
Just press F7 to build, Sublime should automatically pick up the build system when you build with a *.specapi file in focus.
