As of the release of Python3.13 in Oct 2024 pygount should be able to use this new Python version.

From https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.13.html:
"Python 3.13 was released on October 7, 2024. For full details, see the changelog."

Due to the dependency of coveralls we have to wait for coveralls to also support Python3.13.
