As a conference organizer, I want to have a password management system, so that I can have easy management of all the passwords for social media and it will be accessed by other organizer as well.(optional)

As a conference organizer, I want to have access to all the previous conference information.

As a conference organizer, I want to have a dashboard to easily access all the necessary functions of the system.

Promoting Phase

As a conference Organizer, I want to unite the methods of posting the same material on different social media such as Twitter, Mastodon, Linkedin, Slack.

As a conference organizer, I want to show the status of reject or accept for each mailing members so that I can have a quick awareness of the accepted member and send the followup emails

Running phase

As a conference Organizer, I want to have a clear schedule, that I can organize the conference easier and give access to participants.

As a conference Organizer, I want to simplify the way of sending notification emails to the session chairs, keynote speakers, and panellists to attend the corresponding sessions on time, so that the online unconference can go on smoothly
