  1. Add pan, tilt offsets, expose head orientation 

    Add offsetPan, offsetTilt properties which apply additional rotation to
non-stereo mode. This allows manual navigation on a stationary device.

Add eulerAngles method to return the head transform pitch, yaw, and
roll angles.
