Describe the bug
I have export my settings on my local and when I import that file It is showing unable to read file and some times nothing showing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to export/import
  2. export settings first
  3. Then Import the same file
  4. Settings will not restore or unable to import file

Expected behavior
Settings should be restore according to json file.

  • PHP: 8.1.29
  • Server: nginx/1.16.0
  • Database: mysqli (Server: 8.0.16 / Client: mysqlnd 8.1.29)
  • Browser: Chrome 127.0.0.0
  • OS: Windows 10/11
  • Theme: Twenty Twenty-One 2.3
  • MU Plugins: None activated
  • Plugins:
    • BuddyPress 14.0.0
    • rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress 4.6.19
    • Test Reports 1.1.0
