- makes tvos a "device" on par with ios and osx - removes all modules related to API's unsupported for tvos - removes all specs related to other devices and unsupported API's

Makes BubbleWrap compatible with tvOS.
Also updated the travis.yml to the new standard.
Note: There is a failure in the build, in the Reactor support, which exists on the master branch before this change. I'm not sure how to fix it.
