  • add the ability to run actions manually without push
  • fix composer validate
  • remove composer.lock - we should re-build it each time in the pipeline and not commit it. Otherwise we would need to do rebuild manually on local env every time we change composer reqs / PHP version / etc.
  • fix phpcs errors related to one of the Services
