This repository contains methods for cleaning and preprocessing judgements and transcripts of UK supreme court hearings. It also inlcudes methods for linking the judgement to the transcripts. test.ipynb notebook gives examples to the code used. The code and examples are showing the experiments conducted on our recent paper accepted in LREC-COLING 2024 -- Linking Judgement Text to Court Hearing Videos: UK Supreme Court as a Case Study. The datasets are in the Edited Transcripts folder and Judgement Texts. The relevancy annotations are in AnnotationOutput folder. The text judegment is linked to the transcript based on timestamps in the transcripts. Please cite our paper if any of the resources are used in your research:
