Android v1.0.13 rc1

This is "universal" build for Android, to allow testing.

The app is no longer full-screen (e.g., OS top bar with time, and bottom OS navigation bar are now be visible while using app).

For tablets there is an option of Menu -> Help -> Options -> Desktop Interface that gives easier to access menus, like on desktop.

For phones, when in portrait orientation, the tool tabs will now show, allowing easy access to the common tools, making the app a lot more usable for common operations. If you turn the phone horizontal, only the spectrum will show, like before, which is nice for really looking at the spectrum.

Also now accepts other apps sending it files.

The major issue currently is that when the soft-keyboard shows, it may cover up the input field.
