This reverts commit 1563fa8.
(The latest stable release). This fixes the etherpad breakage reported in sandstorm-io#3676.

We need to roll back to where we were in the previous version of Sandstorm. Rolling back to the latest stable will cause other issues, e.g. there was the membrane behavior change which was already accounted for in the Sandstorm code. |

Per #3676, the latest update seems to have broken etherpad; this patch rolls capnp back to the latest stable release while we suss out what exactly went wrong. It also reverts a commit related to API changes.
