This PR removes all internal code.
In hindsight it would have been better if you started from the public github repo of Falcor :)
This still doesn't work on Windows (had to locally disable the pipeline timing to get it run so at least I could test the slang frontend).
Note: When you want to make this public, make sure to rewrite git history so it doesn't contain the internal files.
