Users can now set their own port number.

In order to set a custom port number, in the same directory your file is located in, create a new file named vrc-discord-osc.config.json.

In that file, add the following contents:

    "port": 9000
}

Change the value of 9000 to your custom port number.

If done properly, the next time you run the executable, your port number should print to the terminal
