Side dashing mp2

Support strafing and hopping for MP2GC

Also bump the release version with crouching added to mp1 from a while back
MP2 support requires PrimeHack 1.0.6 (if not released as of yet, build from ToT).

MP1 GC Supported

Features:

• Rocket jumping
• Game timescaling (with slight bugs)
• Speed & Position logging
