1)Enter manga names in MangaList.ini file(find mangas from - https://w13.mangafreak.net/Mangalist)
2)Enter the email addresses in ReceiverList.ini(In Config folder)
3)Resolution of device can be changed in Resolution.ini(In Config folder)
4)Use Task Scheduler to run the program every week
