Add and update icons (#59)

* add and fix icons

- add first uxt icon set
- fix vector placement of disk-pen and sort, chevron-down
- fix pictured symbols in operate plant
- align icons to uxt icons heart, heart-filled, health, health-filled, replace
- make symbols consistent for clear-filter, clear-filter-filled, cloud-fail-filled, cloud-fail, cloud-success-filled, cloud-success, user-fail-filled, user-fail

* fix position of arrow tips

* test: add new snapshot refs
