Feature Request: open part (or shared part) from code

Describe the solution you'd like

• It would be a nice improvement to navigation being able to open related files from the code itself. When we have included a part or shared part, being able to click on it (or using some keybindings) open that file in a new tab.

Additional context

• We have already some logic to identify shared parts in liquid, since we will show a Diagnostic message if they are not added (warning) or if they don't exist (error).
