Shortcuts, sound, better folder picker

Various improvements all around:

• Template generation now also asks for a path, preselected with active document/right clicked path

• Template generation plays a windows sound on generation (can be toggled off)

• Renamed commands to start with "DOTS" to easily find in VS shortcutmanager

• Default generation shortcut "ALT+G" added

• Default fodlerpicker replaced with better one

• Fixed bug on BufferElement generation causing exception

• fixed settings cancel not resetting checkboxes

Persistent settings

• settings are now loaded correctly after VS restarts
