This page describes how to use Crash Report app to report a crash case with the detail.
Search "Crash Report" app on Google Play, and install it same as other apps. Note that, the app is aiming to catch the last one minute device logs (all related event info) after the app running, and it does not need to do any configuration.
In order to catch the crash detail correctly, user shall active fast. When the target app (for instance, Contextlogger) crashed, i.e. the FC (Force Close) dialog popup, dismiss the dialog, and do the following steps.
- Open Crash Report app. The app should be found in app list
- When main screen appeared, press "MENU" button on the device, and there should be three menu items available (Review Log, Manually Send Log and Info).
- Select "Manually Send Log" menu item, and wait for a while (log info will be caught/composed automatically by itself).
- By default, user's gmail will be used for sent the logs out. In the case, input the receiver's email address, and press "Send".
Sometimes, the app may crash itself, so when met the case, just reopen it.
