zero: Add recipe to disable HDMI

Create a new Yocto recipe to disable HDMI. Only use local.conf to turn off HDMI functionality. This change reduces power consumption on zero where HDMI is not needed. Signed-off-by: Gaetan Perrot <[email protected]>
