required for incoming updates to story validation. Failing to include at least one category in a story from this point on will cause it to fail validation once new contentctl is merged into workflow.

The first commit adds a Category to a story that
was missing one. There needs to be a larger conversation
about what Categories are valid, if there is a finite set of
valid categories, and how we should enforce this validation
via the Pydantic Model.
