I'm a Postdoc in the Schmoller Lab with a clear and very ambitious task: making Bioimage analysis as easy and user-friendly as possible!

Where will the money go?

We have a large list of new features we would like to include in our bioimage analysis tool Cell-ACDC, like better support for annotation and correction of cell cycle annotations of symmetrically dividing cells, active training of machine learning models, etc.

I can guarantee the all money that you will contribute will go to the development of these features, and I'm immensely grateful for your support and willingness to keep this project alive!

Who am I?

I am an engineer by training and I did my PhD studies in Biophysics.

Now, I'm a Postdoc in cell biology, interested in bioimage analysis and mitochondria biology.

I think that the microscopy community needs more user-friendly and easy-to-use tools, that allow us to spend more time doing experiments and less time analysing them.
