@habuma, any chance this will still be looked at? The CLA was also signed by Kevin Burkitt (CTO @ boxfish at the time) almost 1 year ago, and it's still failing. |

In mid 2015, Twitter made available a REST API for managing their Ads platform.
This PR contains a HUGE diff that implements a large number of its endpoints.

TON Upload is also contained in the PR, although might not entirely implemented.
Implementation contains test-coverage and followed, to the biggest possible extent, the coding guideliness provided with the repo.
