Initial release of Snippet-Fu

This is a functional first release of stand-alone version of Snippet-Fu with 64-bit binaries for Windows and Linux. Unzip & extract the contents. Execute snippetfu.exe on Windows or snippetfu on Linux to run the program. Drag and create a shortcut on your taskbar to use it frequently. Sorry - no installers yet.
