This PR adds incorporates the doc updates in ssoready/ssoready#107. Every public endpoint and field has specific documentation.
This PR also reorders the API reference for the SCIM API so that users appear before groups. SCIM users are considerably more important than SCIM groups, and this helps guide toward that.
