🐛: Tracing search only finds exact matches

What happened?

Message search on the tracing pages, will only return exact matches which does not seem useful for tracing at all.

The search box should return partial string matches, instead of only exact ones.

Example:

How can we reproduce the problem?

1. Goto tracing page /manage/tracing/received or /manage/tracing/delivery
2. Search for something that you want to find
3. The thing is not found unless you match an exact string
