Initial macOS packaging for K40 Whisperer.

Some specific changes:

  • py2app packaging for macOS
  • .icns file for macOS
  • Window resizing tweak for Majove Tkinter problems.
  • build and update scripts to automate things.

Tested on macOS 10.13 and 10.14.2

NOTE: This release is marked as a pre-release until I've gotten feedback that this packaging is working for others on their computers.
