This includes nm-configurator 0.3.0 and adjusts the network configuration so that unified config mode is used, meaning mac-address in the nmstate definition provided via the Secret/BMH becomes optional.

This updates the IPA downloader image to include nm-configurator 0.3.0 which includes a unified config option which means the
