This updates the 0.7.x series to include image updates corresponding to those merged for 0.8.x via #160 and #162

Note that since the packages only generate the latest versions, this is a manual copy of the 0.7.3 chart, packaged via helm package and the index updated

@atrendafilov FYI this has been published as a preview via https://hardys.github.io/charts/ for validation

@Kristian-ZH if you have time I'd also appreciate review since this was a manual backport not following the normal packages process

I think the html index only contains the latest version, so make html doesn't generate any changes here despite the index.yaml containing the updated 0.7.4 chart (the html index still contains the latest 0.8.3 version)
