An unmodified copy of 0.7.3 since we can't generate historical versions via the package

@atrendafilov FYI this has been published as a preview via https://hardys.github.io/charts/ for validation @Kristian-ZH if you have time I'd also appreciate review since this was a manual backport not following the normal packages process |

This updates the 0.7.x series to include image updates corresponding to those merged for 0.8.x via #160 and #162

Note that since the packages only generate the latest versions, this is a manual copy of the 0.7.3 chart, packaged via helm package and the index updated
