Added installation of email dependencies. Added export of certificates store so you can add certs for you LDAP server.
Use source control to handle the actual branches / versions.

Made it easier to install LDAP and email support out of the box in the image.
Moved structure back to being flat and using branches instead to manage versions.
Bumped to 1.26 of mediawiki.
