new samplers

This minor version provides two new samplers: parametrizable annuli in the plane, and a rotoid embedding of the Möbius strip in 3-space.

first CRAN release

The inaugural CRAN release contains several specific uniform manifold samplers, a function factory for additional rejection samplers, and stratification options for volume-preserving map–based samplers.
