Add 3D robot to sim

Purpose
The objective of this issue is to add support for visualizing the 3D robot in Advantage Scope + MapleSim.

The files are being added in #13, but that ticket is not intended to implement this feature.

Project Scope

• Assemble the robot correctly in sim using correct offsets
• Update robot parameters to match those in CAD
• Update robot mechanism positions based on simulation

FYI: @minhnguyenbhs I'm creating this issue as a follow on task for @avidraccoon to complete after your MapleSim PR merges. I don't expect you to do the 3D CAD stuff in your PR, and would prefer if we focused on wrapping up the MapleSim PR so you can complete higher priority work (climb subsystem, UI stuff)

@jkleiber, do we want to worry about the slight angle of the elevator?

@avidraccoon what is the value of that angle? My assumption is that elevator angle is negligible

I think it was something about 3 degrees

@avidraccoon I am pretty sure it is supposed to be 0 degrees, so let's go with that for now
