Version 0.11: Zambia staging

This version (which will be released as Version 0.10 to helplines) includes:

• A redesigned Case View including date updated, an editable follow-up date and ability to edit case status
• Ability to add incidents and referrals to a case
• Ability to update a case found from Search
• The new customization framework, allowing contact and case forms to be specified with JSON
• Customization forms specific to Childline Zambia
• Addition of new input types, such as conditional select dropdowns and three-way checkboxes
• Additional Insights logging, and a configurable way to set Insights recording
• API calls now specify the Account ID in the path, supporting a multi-tenant backend
• The customization framework introduces data model changes that are not backward-compatible, so searching and displaying past records will not fully work.

Version 0.10

Version 0.10 was launched to beta helplines on December 10 (advertised as Version 0.9) and includes:

• The ability to add information for a contact that did not come through the Twilio communications infrastructure (an "offline" contact)
• The ability to search for cases
• The ability to search outside of an active contact
• The ability to filter out non-data contacts from search, as well as other search result display improvements
• The Aselo logo has been added to the UI
• Household Members and Perpetrators on a Case are now saved immediately, rather than requiring a separate button press

Version 0.9 - Manual Task Pull et al

Version 0.9 includes the following additions:

• Allows a counselor to "pull" a task from the queue
• Adds Contacts Waiting view when there is no active task
• Locks the webchat window when a counselor is not yet available
• Adds a pre-survey chatbot that collects demographic information and pre-populates the contact form
• Blocking phone numbers: numbers can be blocked though it requires a code change to edit the list of numbers
• Labeling cold vs warm transfers

Note: Version 0.9 was released to helplines as Version 0.8, due to a previous version of the software not being formally released yet.

Version 0.6

• Adds support for cold text transfers
• Uses Twilio Sync to copy contact form from one counselor to another when transferring a task
