Version 0.9 - Manual Task Pull et al

Version 0.9 includes the following additions:

• Allows a counselor to "pull" a task from the queue
• Adds Contacts Waiting view when there is no active task
• Locks the webchat window when a counselor is not yet available
• Adds a pre-survey chatbot that collects demographic information and pre-populates the contact form
• Blocking phone numbers: numbers can be blocked though it requires a code change to edit the list of numbers
• Labeling cold vs warm transfers

Note: Version 0.9 was released to helplines as Version 0.8, due to a previous version of the software not being formally released yet.

Version 0.6

• Adds support for cold text transfers
• Uses Twilio Sync to copy contact form from one counselor to another when transferring a task

Version 0.5

This version includes:

• Localization support. Via JSON files, the language for a counselor can be specified, as well as a separate language for system messages back to a caller.
• Support for adding program data to Flex Insights
• Partial support for task transfer functionality, including ability to transfer partial contact form data to a new counselor
• Boilerplate code factored out into a separate NPM module
• Added unit tests as part of CI

Version 0.4

This is the first release of this repo, but is bundled with Version 0.4 of TorontoLine Beta. This version includes:

• An API endpoint for returning the counselors (workers) from the appropriate helpline.
