Build on linux host with: make TARGET=mingw

The reason is just that the makefile is simpler and that you don't have to care about which target you build in order to clean up (less error prone) ... it just cleans up. However, if you don't like it, I can make a target-specific clean up. |

Also remove main.exe when building for windows (native or cross-compile).
