fix: getting rid of tearing by locking mutex on all root window writings

Replacing GC function hooking with EXA extension implementation to cover all root window drawing and AHardwareBuffer/FD based pixmap access operations.
Allow using empty `-xstartup ""` to override $TERMUX_X11_XSTARTUP with empty command.
