- Copied nightly content to 3.12
- Cleaned deprecation and upgrade warnings in nightly manual (nothing to clean up)
- Ran get-params for nightly

Bleh, looks like we need to update CI. I'll do that in a separate PR. Also, please use the imperative mood (https://cbea.ms/git-commit/#imperative) in your commit messages. You can do that when you rebase after CI has been fixed. |
