* Regulations to 4b1 * Regulations to A6f1 * Regulations complete * Guidelines complete + minor Regulations fixes * Attempt at rectifying build error * Reverted changes - the fix, in fact, did not work * Took out a few trailing whitespaces * Numbering error (two 12e2 regulations) * Regulations proofreading changes * Guidelines proofreading changes + minor Regulations adjustments
