Context

  • Add the options to tag backups with your specified timezone.

Choices

  • TZ variable is the standard variable used for timezone in Linux.

Test instructions

  1. Git clone
  2. Build image
  3. Start container with TZ set
  4. Run backup
  5. View timestamp of backup

Added TZ to the docker examples in the readme, but otherwise LGTM, thanks for the PR!
