Adding makefile version-bump

• Adding a makefile command to automatically:
  • Switch to and pull the default branch
  • Create a new branch from the default branch
  • Bump the version in defined files based on the environment variable type=(patch|minor|major)
  • Stage these files and commit

You only need to push to the remote after running this command.

example usage:

type=patch make version-bump
