The repository serves as a sharing workspace for ideas, tests and collaborations. The examples posted here may contain bugs, errors and misconceptions and may be here only for limited time. Please see packages deSolve, simecol and others for more examples and the general philosophy.
Some of the examples are in .Rmd (R markdown) format, from which HTML-web-documents can be compiled. See https://tpetzoldt.github.io for compiled versions.
